PRODUCT WARRANTY
Our products have a 10 YEAR limited warranty, from the time of original purchase.
Helko North America warrants to the original consumer or purchaser that their product(s) shall be free of manufacturer's defects in material and workmanship and will perform as intended. At Helko North America's option, a product deemed defective may be repaired, replaced, or substituted with a product of equal value. This shall be the exclusive remedy under this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage attributable to normal wear and tear, misuse, improper storage, or improper care and maintenance. Broken handles or damage from miss swings are not covered by warranty. We are not responsible for shipping charges for items covered under warranty.

Please provide the following information if you are claiming a warranty:
- Order number, when and where the item was purchased from
- Description of the damage/defect
- Detailed description of the usage the axe has experienced
- Photos of the entire axe, as well as the problem/affected area. Please do not send extreme close-up photos. Show as much as possible in photos. Also include a photo of the bottom underside of the grip, for handle related issues
- Description of how the axe is stored, maintained, and any changes or alterations that have been made
Helko-Werk and Helko North America, LLC shall in no event be liable or claim responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages from using our tools.
