Pre-Order & Out of Stock Items
For out of stock items, we provide estimated dates for when we expect the item to be back in stock. We strive to be as accurate as possible with our forecasting, but please note that all back-in-stock dates are estimates and may change due to factors outside of our control. The worldwide slowdowns and global supply chain disruptions have made receiving inventory difficult, slow, and unpredictable. We do not guarantee items will arrive or ship by the dates posted on each product page. If you prefer to cancel your pre-order, please just send us an email and let us know. We will continue posting as accurate dates as possible on each product's page. We apologize for the delays, and certainly appreciate your business!
Packaging Material
To reduce the impact our operation has on the environment, we strive to use recycled and/or repurposed packaging materials whenever possible. Most of our packaging and void-fill material is a combination of in-house shredded cardboard or corrugated products, and reused packaging from inbound shipments to our warehouse. Be assured that regardless of the specific void-filling material used in your order, our staff will ensure that your products are fully protected during transit.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat rate and real-time rates for the contiguous 48 states of the USA. Other expedited shipping options are also available. Shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories vary and will be calculated during checkout.
Delivery to P.O. Boxes
Please note that many carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All customers that wish to place an order with a P.O. Box delivery address must select a USPS shipping option.
Problems with Delivery
We do our best to ensure packages are safely and securely delivered to customers. We use the shipping addresses provided during checkout, and expect customers to provide a safe and secure shipping address. If the shipping carrier deems a shipping address undeliverable, or the package is returned back to our warehouse due to delivery location issues, we will try and resolve the issue. If it requires the package to be sent again, or if we incur additional charges, we will ask the customer to pay for these charges. We are not responsible for packages that are "lost" or "stolen" if they have been confirmed as delivered by our shipping carrier. Please provide safe and secure delivery addresses.
Same Day Shipping
In-stock orders received by 8:00 AM Pacific Time on weekdays will usually ship that same day. Orders received after 8:00 AM or on weekends will typically ship the following business day. Handling times may be prolonged during holidays or peak seasons. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please note that we do not guarantee exact delivery days. We provide estimates for expedited shipping options, but we cannot guarantee you will receive your order on the date provided in the shipping estimate.
Tracking Numbers, Delivery Confirmation, and Lost/Stolen Packages
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once the order ships, you will receive another email with tracking information. Customers must provide a safe and secure shipping address when placing orders. Once a package is delivered and the carrier provides delivery confirmation, we are no longer responsible for the package, and cannot replace packages that are subsequently lost or stolen after delivery. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is secure.
Shipping to Canada
We offer a flat shipping rate of $25 (USD) for all orders shipped to Canada. Customers may be required to pay a GAT tax, brokerage fees, and additional customs charges when accepting the shipment.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused item within 30 days by requesting an RMA number from Customer Service. Once issued, an RMA is valid for 30 days. Be sure to include all original parts, accessories, and packaging with any returns. Items must be appropriately packed and protected for return. We ask that items are packed securely so that they cannot shift during transit. Returns requested outside of the 30 day window may be approved or denied at our discretion. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Returns may additionally be subject to a restocking fee of 20% at our discretion.
