SHIPPING & RETURN
​POLICY

We cannot guarantee shipping times during the holidays. 

​All orders placed by Thursday, December 13th should arrive by Friday, December 21st. 


Shipping Rates
All orders within the contiguous 48 states of the United States are shipped for only $5!  Other expedited shipping options are also available.  Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories are available at an additional cost.  For other shipping arrangements, such as overnight, air express, etc. please contact us directly.   

Delivery to P.O. Boxes
Please note that many carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All customers that wish to place an order with a P.O. Box delivery address must select a USPS shipping option, and do not qualify for the standard $5 shipping.  

Same Day Shipping
In-stock orders received by 8:00 AM Pacific Time on weekdays will usually ship that same day. Orders received after 8:00 AM or on weekends will typically ship the following business day. Handling times may be prolonged due to holidays or peak seasons. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays.  Please note that we do not guarantee exact delivery days.  We provide estimates for expedited shipping options, but we do not guarantee you will receive your order to the exact day of a shipping estimate.  

Tracking Numbers, Delivery Confirmation, and Lost/Stolen Packages
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.  Once the order ships, you will receive another email with tracking number information.  Customers must provide a safe and secure shipping address when placing orders.  Once a package is delivered and the carrier provides delivery confirmation, we are no longer responsible for packages, should they become lost or stolen after delivery.  You must ensure the delivery address is secure.

Shipping to Canada 
We offer a $25 flat rate for all orders shipped to Canada!  Customers will pay a GAT Tax on the purchase price of the item when accepting the shipment, as well as a $4 brokerage fee, charged by UPS, for bringing the shipment into Canada.  Depending on the method of shipping, customers may or may not be charged the brokerage fee.    

Backordered & Out-of-Stock Items
If an item you are looking for is currently out of stock, please contact us for an availability date.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused item within 30 days by requesting an RMA number from Customer Service.  Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless an item is returned because of defect.  Once issued, an RMA is valid for 30 days. Be sure to include all original parts, accessories, and packaging with any returns.  Items must be appropriately packed and protected for return.  We ask that items are packed well enough so that they cannot shift during transit.  Returns requested outside of the 30 day window may be approved or disapproved at our discretion.  Returns may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.

If you contact us for an RMA, please describe the situation so we can better assist you.  Please provide an invoice number, approximate date of order, and reason for return.
