Helko North America Limited Warranty
Helko-Werk warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product shall be free of defects in material and workmanship and will perform as intended. At Helko North America's option, a product deemed defective may be repaired, replaced, or substituted with a product of equal value. This shall be the exclusive remedy under this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage attributable to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care and maintenance. Broken handles are not covered by warranty. To obtain warranty service, request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Customer Service prior to shipping a product back to us. Please provide an explanation of the defect, pictures, proof of purchase, your name, address, and telephone number. Helko-Werk and Helko North America, LLC shall in no event be liable or claim responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages from using our tools.
